It is also a great thing that you make your exercise something fun. There are many fun exercises that you can go for like the martial arts, cycling, mud run, dancing as well as aerobics. You need to do it whatever it is that you choose. You have to push yourself and challenge yourself slowly.

Also, you should join those positive communities or you may get some help from friends. It is hard to figure out the changes on your own. Hence, you must have genuine feedback so that you can stick to your goal. You may join the health community or you can also ask a friend to notice those changes you have achieved in your body.
